Returns and Exchanges

  1. Return and exchange conditions :

    • Only unused and unopened items are eligible for return or exchange.
    • Please complete the return/exchange procedure within 14 days of receiving the product.
    • Embroidered or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  2. Return/exchange procedure :

    • If you would like to return or exchange an item, please first contact us using the inquiry form .
    • Please let us know the reason for return and your order number so we can authorise a return before sending the item back.
    • If the return or exchange is due to our responsibility, such as a defective product, we will cover the shipping costs. If the return or exchange is due to your own convenience, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.

  3. About the refund :

    • Once the product arrives at our company and we have completed inspection, we will begin the refund process.
    • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process.

  4. Regarding defective or incorrectly sent items :

    • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
    • Please contact customer support as soon as possible after receiving the item, so we can arrange for a replacement item to be sent promptly.
