Return and exchange conditions :
- Only unused and unopened items are eligible for return or exchange.
- Please complete the return/exchange procedure within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Embroidered or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return/exchange procedure :
- If you would like to return or exchange an item, please first contact us using the inquiry form .
- Please let us know the reason for return and your order number so we can authorise a return before sending the item back.
- If the return or exchange is due to our responsibility, such as a defective product, we will cover the shipping costs. If the return or exchange is due to your own convenience, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.

About the refund :
- Once the product arrives at our company and we have completed inspection, we will begin the refund process.
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process.

Regarding defective or incorrectly sent items :
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Please contact customer support as soon as possible after receiving the item, so we can arrange for a replacement item to be sent promptly.
