With the cooperation of L&A Co., Ltd./Cleaning House Lemon, a company based in Fukuoka with an 80-year history, we use water washing instead of traditional dry cleaning. This minimizes the use of chemicals, maintains the quality of the clothing, and reduces the impact on the global environment. The following are the features of sukui's cleaning.
Consideration of materials
Cleaning is done taking into account the characteristics of the material. For example, for hemp material, we have a dedicated cleaning process for it, taking into account its delicate characteristics:
Dehydration gentle wash
Wash on a gentle spin cycle to avoid damaging the material and to minimize wrinkles that occur during spin drying.
Low temperature drying
Instead of using industrial dryers, we dry the garments slowly at a low temperature, similar to drying them in the sun, which prevents wrinkles without damaging the material.
Careful pressing process
Finally, the product is carefully pressed to give it a beautiful appearance.
Please note that due to the unique nature of hemp material, it may be unavoidable to develop creases when worn. We will remove creases as much as possible through pressing, but please note that creases cannot be completely removed.

Button installation and replacement <br/>If a button becomes lost or damaged through heavy use, we will replace it with a new button to maintain the functionality of your scrub.

Application process

Please submit your maintenance request through the sukui contact form. After submitting the form, we will send you details about the maintenance fee and payment methods. Once you agree to the terms and fees, your request will be officially accepted.
STEP 2: Payment
Please confirm the fee and proceed with payment using the specified method. Maintenance work will begin once your payment is confirmed. You can pay by credit card, among other options.
STEP 3: Sending Your Wear
After applying, please send your wear to the designated address.
